Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cup dicedcelery
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 tbl powdered sugar
1/3 cup prepared horse radish
1/2 teas salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
1. chill turkey and celery, crush cranberry sauce with fork and blend in sugar, horseradish and salt.
2. chill, just before serving,
3. fold cranberry mixture into whipped cream andcombine with turkey
4. and celery. serve on greens.. makes 4 to 6 servings
