gotta do smoething with that leftover turkey make a salad !!! Ingredients:
2 cup diced cooked turkey |
2 cup diced celery |
1/2 cup cranberry sauce |
1 tbl' powdered sugar |
1/3 cup prepared horseradish |
1/4 teas salt |
1/2 pt. whipping cream whipped |
Directions:
1. chill turkey and celery. crush cranberry sauce with fork and blend in sugar,horseradish and salt, chill....just before serving, fold cranberry mixture into whipped cream and combine with turkey and celery, serve on greens. |
