From Second Helpings cookbook.Very tasty, simple to make with few ingredients. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 cups ketchup |
2 cups ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients. 2. Shape into small balls. 3. Put gingerale and ketchup into large pot and bring to a boil. 4. Add meatballs ,cover and simmer for 2 hours. |
