Great side dish! Ingredients:
4 cups cauliflower florets |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas |
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 dash lemon-pepper seasoning |
Directions:
1. Place cauliflower in a saucepan with a small amount of water. 2. Bring to a boil; cook 6-8 minutes. 3. Add peas, cook 2-4 minutes longer, until vegetables are crisp-tender; drain. 4. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. |
