This recipe is from Sue Thomas of Casa Grande, AZ. She says it takes mere minutes to blend this cool, silky smooth treat. This is a pretty dessert and refreshing on hot summer days. Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and patted dry |
1 cup vanilla yogurt (8 oz.) |
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate |
2 cups whipped topping |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Fold in whipped topping. 2. Spoon into serving dishes. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. |
