I never used to like meatloaf until my mom made this recipe one night. It's moist, easy, and has a GREAT flavor. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumb |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup ketchup |
3/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine all loaf ingredients. Place into a loaf pan. 3. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and wisk together. Pour over meat. 4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minute Let rest to firm up for 10 minute before slicing. |
