I got this recipe from my wife's grandmother. These are my absolute favorite. I can eat a whole pan of them by myself. Ingredients:
1 cup corn flakes, crushed |
2 lbs lean ground beef |
2 tablespoons onion flakes |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup ketchup |
16 ounces cranberry sauce |
12 ounces chili sauce |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix together corn flakes, ground beef, onion flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, eggs, and ketchup. 2. Roll into small balls. 3. Cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then drain grease. 4. Mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and lemon juice to make sauce. 5. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes more. |
