I got this recipe from my wife's grandmother. These are my absolute favorite. I can eat a whole pan of them by myself.
Ingredients:
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tablespoons onion flakes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
16 ounces cranberry sauce
12 ounces chili sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix together corn flakes, ground beef, onion flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, eggs, and ketchup.
2. Roll into small balls.
3. Cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then drain grease.
4. Mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and lemon juice to make sauce.
5. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes more.
