Tangy Mashed Potatoes

These mashed potatoes are so good they don't need gravy! They are thick and rich and tangy and addictive!
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
4 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Directions:
1. Put diced potatoes in saucepan, cover with water and add 1 tablesppon salt.
2. Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
3. Add butter, cream cheese, remaining salt and pepper. mash together.
4. Stir in buttermilk.
5. Enjoy! :).
