Tangy Marinated Yellow Squash (No Cooking) Ingredients:
4 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 tablespoons wine vinegar |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup oil |
2/3 cup cider vinegar |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Toss yellow squash, green onion, green pepper, and celery together. 2. Mix the marinade ingredients together. 3. Pour marinade over squash mixture. 4. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. |
