Buttermilk, yogurt and maple syrup make this a delicious taste of fall in the middle of summer, without needing an ice cream maker! Feel free to experiment with other flavours of yogurt other than vanilla too! Ingredients:
2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt |
2/3 cup buttermilk |
1/3 cup evaporated skim milk |
1/4 cup pure maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Beat together the yogurt, milks and maple syrup. 2. Freeze until partially set, about 1 hour. 3. Beat again with an electric mixer until smooth. 4. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight. |
