My family sometimes eat salad as a side dish. This salad goes perfectly with indian non-veg curry. A favourite amongst my family and definitly a must in family gatherings. Also goes well with BBQ
Ingredients:
1 small english cabbage
1 medium cucumber
1 medium carrot
1 small green pepper
1 small onion
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt according to taste
Directions:
1. Slice the english cabbage into thin and long shreds.
2. slice the cucumber into thin triangles. slice it lengthwise to make it into 4 pieces and then slice the long pieces into triangles.
3. grate the carrot.
4. thinly slice the green pepper and onion
5. put all the sliced ingrediants in a bowl
6. add lemon juice and salt and mix
