Ingredients:
8 leaves of boston or butter lettuce |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 stalks celery |
1 small cucumber |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and kosher salt. Thinly slice 2 stalks of celery, cucumber, and 8 leaves of Boston or butter lettuce. Add to the bowl containing the vinaigrette and toss. |
