This is a tangy full flavored lemon bundt cake, Not to sour, but a sweet moist lemon cake. Ingredients:

1 8 oz. box lemon jello |
1/2 cup warm orange juice |
1/2 cup hot water |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 lemon cake mix |
4 eggs |
glaze |
1 cup powered sugar |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
dash of salt |
Directions:
1. CAKE 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Combine jello, juice and water until desolved; let cool. 4. Add oil, cake mix and eggs. Beat with an elecrtic mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. 5. Pour into a bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with pam or greased and floured. 6. Bake at 350 for 27 to 35 minutes or until toothpick placed in center comes out clean or cake bounces back when lightly pressed. 7. Let cool for 5 minutes and invert onto a plate. 8. GLAZE 9. Mix sugar, lemon juice, and salt with an electric mixture until smooth. 10. Pour over inverted cake while still warm. |
