Great anytime and easy to fix! Ingredients:
1 bonless beef sirloin tip roast (3-4 lbs) |
1/4 c packed brown sugar |
16 oz bottle italian dressing |
2 t italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Spray inside of 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray 2. Place beef in cooker 3. Sprinkle with brown sugar 4. Pour dressing over beef 5. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours (I put it in before I go to bed and let it cook all night) or on high 6-8 hours 6. Shred beef using two forks. 7. Add Italian Seasoning and mix well 8. Using slotted spoon to remove beef from cooker, fill buns with about 1/3 C of beef and serve with remaining juices to dip. 9. ENJOY! |
