Tangy Horseradish Dressing |

My husband and I are huge horseradish fans - this dressing is not only amazing on salad greens, but you can use it to make a fabulous shrimp salad, or just as a dipping sauce for crudite or poached shrimp/chicken/etc.... Ingredients:
1 lemon |
3 tablespoons creme fraiche or 3 tablespoons sour cream |
3 tablespoons greek yogurt, plain |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Zest the lemon, then juice half of it. 2. In a lidded container like a jar, combine juice and zest with remaining ingredients, then cover and shake to blend. 3. You can of course adjust to make it spicier, creamier, or sweeter to your liking. |
