Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
2 teaspoons dill pickle relish |
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 (1-pound) grouper fillet, cut into 4 pieces |
cooking spray |
4 green leaf lettuce leaves |
12 (1/4-inch-thick) slices plum tomato |
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Combine mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients; set aside. 3. Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting with lemon juice mixture. 4. Layer 1 lettuce leaf, 3 slices tomato, and 1 piece fish on bottom half of each bun. Spoon mayonnaise mixture evenly onto fish, and cover with top halves of buns. Serve immediately. |
