Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin |

A great grilled tenderloin. Perfect with grilled fruits and veggies for a no mess dinner. Requires 4 hours marinating time or even better overnight. Ingredients:
2 pounds pork tenderloin |
2/3 cup honey |
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place meat in a large resealable plastic bag. In a medium bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and salt. 2. Pour marinade over tenderloins, seal, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 3. Prepare the grill for indirect heat. 4. Lightly oil grill grate. 5. Remove meat from marinade, and discard liquid. 6. Grill for 15 to 25 minutes, or to desired doneness. |
