This salad is awesome with a rice dish or a barbeque
Ingredients:
1 large onion finely sliced.
10 ml salt
60 ml white vinegar
30 ml sugar
2 red apples sliced
2 green apples sliced
6 celery sticks chopped
2 pineappels cubed
1 green chiile finely chopped
100 ml finely chopped fresh coriander
2 ml cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Place onion ina bowl.add salt,leave for 10 mins
2. Drain
3. Pour vinegar and sugar over onions and set aside
4. Mix rest of ingredients together
5. Add onions and mix thoroughly
6. Enjoy with a rice dish
