Saucy, tangy, moist, tender, delish!!! Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
1/2 cup cranberry sauce |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown chops in hot oil, for 5 minuts on each side. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. 4. Put chops on serving platter. 5. Spoon sauve over. |
