Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 (4-oz.) package crumbled feta cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 to 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice |
pepper to taste |
5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce |
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise, feta cheese, parsley, and fresh lemon juice. Stir in pepper to taste. Spoon dressing over shredded lettuce. |
