Ingredients:
1/2 cup celery
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup tomato juice
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
12 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions:
1. Sauté celery in butter.
2. Blend in flour.
3. Gradually add tomato juice; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
