A nice light appetizer, or a lively snack when served with toast points or warmed pitas. Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt, strained in cheesecloth overnight (makes roughly one cup) |
1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese |
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
1/4 cup fresh chives, minced |
1 green onion, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine everything in food processor and pulse until mixed, then process until smooth. |
