Tangy Broccoli Salad

This is a quick salad to make if you like a real tangy type of coleslaw I make this alot and have seen it done with regular coleslaw mix as well....
Ingredients:
1 package of broccoli coleslaw mix
2 packages ramen noodles (chicken) (broken up)
6 green onions, chopped real fine
1 small package slivered almonds
1 hand full raisins, optional
sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
2 seasoning packets out of ramen noodles
Directions:
1. Mix together Broccoli Slaw mix with the broken Ramen Noodles.
2. Add the chopped green onions.
3. Heat over the stove the other ingredients except for the almonds and the raisins.
4. Let cool; then add to slaw mixture.
5. Add almonds and raisins, if desired.
