Adapted from . MIRACLE WHIP, sugar, vinegar, broccoli, bacon, red onion cvt
Ingredients:
3/4 cup miracle whip dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (6 cups)
36 g (6 slices) bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
1 small red onion, chopped
Directions:
1. MIX dressing, sugar and vinegar in large bowl.
2. ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
3. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Variation:
5. Add 4 cups loosely packed torn lettuce or spinach leaves and/or 1/4 cup raisins just before serving.
