Yum! Really easy to make! Serve with toasted pita wedges...makes it a great appetizer or even meal!
Ingredients:
2 cups cannellini beans
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
fresh parsley (optional) or fresh rosemary (optional) or fresh thyme (optional)
Directions:
1. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Mix in fresh chopped herbs such as parsley, rosemary or thyme if you want. Serve on toasted pita wedges.
