This is great for chicken or pork. You can subsitute oranges if tangerines are not available. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup tangerine juice, freshly squeezed |
6 tablespoons honey |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
3 scallions |
1 tablespoon minced ginger |
1 stick cinnamon |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Whisk until honey has dissolved. 3. Marinade chicken or pork for 1 1/2-2 hours. |
