This is a refreshing summertime dip. It looks beautiful in any dish. It will serve immediately or chilled. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
1 (15 ounce) can mexicorn |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
cherry tomatoes, cut up |
1 green bell pepper, chopped fine |
1/4 red onion, chopped fine |
fresh cilantro |
1 (16 ounce) bottle italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve with purple tortilla chips. |
