All my friends just love it with rice or roti (Indian bread) Ingredients:
chicken 1 lb |
red chilipowder 1 tsp |
yogurt 1 cup |
ginger paste 2 tbsp |
garlic paste 2 tbsp |
lemon juice 2 tbsp |
chili powder 3 tsp |
sesame oil3 tbsp |
salt |
Directions:
1. Wash and clean the chicken. Make incisions with a sharp knife on breast and leg pieces and keep it aside. 2. Take a bowl, add oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, chili powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well. 3. Apply this marinade onto the chicken pieces and refrigerate for three to four hours. 4. Pre heat the oven at 350 F and cook the chicken for 30 min. 5. For garnishing Onion rings and lemon wedges. |
