This recipe can be prepared in 45 minutes or less. Ingredients:
2 shoulder lamb chops (each about 3/4 inch thick) |
2 tablespoons tandoori paste |
accompaniment: cucumber and celery salad with yogurt |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler and lightly brush a shallow baking pan with oil. 2. Pat lamb chops dry and spread with tandoori paste. Season chops with pepper. In baking pan broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 minutes for medium. 3. Serve lamb chops with salad. |
