This recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper, phewf...... way too hot for me. I only use 1 teaspoon. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons garlic salt |
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons coriander |
2 tablespoons cumin |
2 tablespoons ginger |
1 1/2 teaspoons cardamom |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container. |
