I serve this with plain yogurt to balance the spice. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
4 tablespoons tandoori masala |
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon coriander powder |
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves |
1 chile, chopped |
1/2 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup good seasons italian dressing |
1/8 cup canola oil |
1 tablespoon garam masala |
Directions:
1. Wash chicken with cold water. 2. Mix remaining ingredients. 3. Combine with chicken and marinate for 6-8 hours. 4. Broil chicken for 15 minutes, turning pieces over half-way through cooking time. |
