A wonderful tandoori dish Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
1 knob ginger, grated |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 teaspoons garum masala |
salt |
3 lbs chicken, cut into 10 pieces, 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 4 breasts |
Directions:
1. Mix the yogurt, garlic and spices in a large bowl. 2. Season with salt and whisk well. 3. Add the chicken pieces, refrigerate and marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight. 4. Preheat your oven to its highest setting. 5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a rack set over a baking sheet. 6. Roast in the oven until the chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes. |
