Found this on the bottle the last time I bought curry powder. Tangy taste without being overpowering. The time includes marinating. Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic |
1/4 cup oil |
1 -2 teaspoon curry |
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
2 chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Combine garlic, oil, curry, yogurt, salt, and lemon. 2. Marinate chicken breasts overnight. 3. Grill or broil. |
