I love the fact that this has banana chips, not a bad brekky really!
Ingredients:
300 g rolled oats
35 g dried banana pieces
35 g coconut flakes
600 ml orange juice or 600 ml apple juice
400 ml natural yoghurt
100 g raisins
100 g craisins
100 g dried apricots, chopped
125 ml runny honey
300 ml milk
50 g sliced almonds, toasted
Directions:
1. Mixtogether oats, banana chips & coconut with the juice & yoghurt. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
2. Add all the dried fruit, honey & milk & stir through.
3. Sprinkle with almonds to serve.
