I love the fact that this has banana chips, not a bad brekky really! Ingredients:
300 g rolled oats |
35 g dried banana pieces |
35 g coconut flakes |
600 ml orange juice or 600 ml apple juice |
400 ml natural yoghurt |
100 g raisins |
100 g craisins |
100 g dried apricots, chopped |
125 ml runny honey |
300 ml milk |
50 g sliced almonds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Mixtogether oats, banana chips & coconut with the juice & yoghurt. Cover & refrigerate overnight. 2. Add all the dried fruit, honey & milk & stir through. 3. Sprinkle with almonds to serve. |
