                                                1/4 c chopped onion  |  
                                                1/4 c chopped green pepper  |  
                                                1-1/2 c frozen mixed peas & carrots, thawed (tip) when you drain your  |  
                                                mac, pour it over the vegies. all ready...baby  |  
                                                1 tbs dill pickle juice  |  
                                                1-1/2 tsp salt  |  
                                                1 - 6-1/2 oz can tuna, drained & flaked  |  
                                                3/4 c sandwich style salad dressing  |
