This recipe was entered into our 2007 Corporate Cook-off (Courtesy of Tammy Roberts) Ingredients:
100 meatballs, frozen italian style |
32 ounces jellied cranberry sauce |
2/3 cup chili sauce |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Place 1/3 of meatballs in a large crock pot. 2. Whisk other ingredients together, pour 1/3 sauce on this layer. 3. Repeat twice more until meatballs and sauce are all in the crock pot. 4. Cook on high 3-4 hours, stirring occassionally. 5. Turn crock pot to low if cooking longer than 4 hours. |
