Ingredients:
1 1/2 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 cup(s) long grain rice rinsed |
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped |
1 tomato chopped |
salt |
pepper |
2 cup(s) chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Heat a frying pan with a little oil, saute rice until lightly browned, add garlic, onions, and tomato and saute...add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Do Not Lift Lid! |
