This is an easy tart good for any occasion very tropical and exotic.
Ingredients:
for the tart
1 can condensed milk
1 (8oz. cream cheese)
3 eggs
1/2 cup tamarind pulp or puree
puff pastry for the crust, or any crust you like
decoration
1 can of peaches in syrup finely cut
Directions:
1. 1.Preheat oven to medium heat (350 F)
2. 2.Prepare your crust
3. 3. Blend condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs, and tamarind pulp.
4. 4.Pour mixture into crust and bake for 50 minutes.
5. 5. Remove from oven and cool.
6. 6.Decorate with peaches, as they are cut finely line them in concentric circles forming a rose.
