I love the flavor of Tamari, almonds & beans. This is a simple recipe. I love my beans crisp but cook longer if you like them well done. Ingredients:
3 cups green beans, frenched,steamed for 7 minutes |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 clove garlic, finely minced |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup almonds, slivered |
3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Saute the onions& garlic in the butter for 5 minutes. 2. Add almonds, mix and continue cooking for 2 minutes. 3. Add cooked beans& Tamari sauce. 4. Mix well and continue cooking until the beans are heated through. 5. Serve hot. |
