This is quick & easy and pretty good too. I like to serve it with fresh chopped tomato and sour cream. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans chili |
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
3/4 cup water |
1 (6 ounce) package cornbread mix |
Directions:
1. Pour chili into an 8 square greased baking dish. 2. Sprinkle cheese over chili. 3. stir water into the cornbread mix and pour over chili. 4. Bake 375 30 minutes. |
