Tamale Meatballs

An old family favorite of my best friends. We tried it and now it's a favorite of my family.
Ingredients:
2 cups crumbled corn bread
1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce. divided
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese divided
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine cornbread,1/2 c enchilada sauce, salt & about 1/4 cup cheese into the beef mix well with hands and shape into 1 inch balls.
3. Bake uncovered 20 min.
4. Heat tomato sauce and remaining enchilada sauce and pour over cooked meatballs. Top with remaining cheese.
