Green Chili filling for Tamale... yummm Ingredients:

* 1 cup green chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped |
* 3 cups shredded jack cheese |
* 1/2 cup green chile sauce |
* season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin powder. |
* you may want to double or triple recipe.. |
Directions:
1. I place this filling in my prepared tamale dough (using corn husks), in that order.
2. takes about 2 min. per tamale.. about 90 min. to steam a big pot full.
