This can be thrown together at the last minute. How spicy it is depends on the type of hot sauce(s) used. Try it with half Tabasco Chipolte Sauce for a smoky flavor. Ingredients:
1 pound smoked sausage i.e. kielbasa or hot dogs or cocktail franks |
6 ounces beer |
6 ounces hot sauce i.e. tabasco or frank's red hot |
Directions:
1. Cut smoked sausage or hot dogs into bite size pieces. 2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring almost to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce becomes syrupy. 3. If sauce becomes too thick add more beer. 4. That's it! You'll probably need some cold beer while eating this! |
