Perfect For Those Winter Football Games!!! Ingredients:
3 large can pinto beans |
1 1/2 pounds market ground beef |
1/2 pound sliced sausage |
3 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 tablespoon paprika |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
5 large jalapeno peppers, chopped |
4 green sweet peppers, chopped |
3 ribs celery, chopped |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 large cans stew tomatoes |
2 tablespoon hot chili powder |
1 package chili seasoning |
Directions:
1. In a large pot saute the meat with the chopped onion, celery, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Add in remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat for 2-3 hours. Or you can cook on a low camp flame. Stir often to prevent burning or sticking. |
