Treat yourself to this exotic meal replacement bar! Dieting never tasted this good!
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2/3 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1 large egg
1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 dried pineapple
1/2 chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line baking pan with waxed paper.
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Spread evenly onto pan.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
5. Cut into 20 small rectangles or for fun use a drinking glass to cut bars into circles.
6. You can use sugar free vanilla icing to add decorative lines across the bar (this will add an extra 10-20 calories to your bar).
