A sweet tangy marinated steak, perfect for summer grilling. Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak |
1/2 cup plum sauce |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate steak overnight. 2. Preheat grill; grill to desired doneness (8 minutes per side for Medium). 3. Slice steak on diagonal into 1/2 inch strips and serve. |
