Melted ice cream forms a sweet, foamy top layer for this drink. Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups hot strong brewed coffee |
1/4 cup dark rum |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream |
4 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour into mugs, and top with ice cream. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired. |
