From Canadian Living June 2008. Served with lamb burgers on pita bread. Ingredients:
1/4 cup yogurt (preferably balkan or greek style) |
1/4 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons water |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Add additional water for a thinner consistency. |
