This is great as a dip for Veggie Chapati Rollups (Veggie Chapati Roll-Up). It's great as a salad dressing too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini |
1/4 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup water (or less) |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced |
1 teaspoon tamari |
Directions:
1. Mix tahini and yogurt together. Stir in enough water so it has a nice consistency and then mix in parsley and tamari. |
