We have this yummy dip with cucumber spears. Ingredients:
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste) |
1 3/4 cups plain nonfat yogurt |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
salt (to taste) |
black pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. 1 Mix together garlic, salt, black pepper, and tahini until smooth. 2. 2 Add yogurt and lemon juice, a little at a time, mixing well after each addition, until it is like a thick cream. 3. 3 Stir in parsley, serve with veggie spears. |
